Microsoft Account Executive

Evaluating/discovering potential business opportunities, closing deals, developing and negotiating contracts, expanding business with current customers, utilizing data reports to discover competitive markets, potential opportunities or lost business.

Establish potential client’s base by contacting prospective clients and expending business with current clients. Developing strategic plans and marketing programs to increase company’s revenues and profitability.


  • Lead Generation
  • Creating and implementing plans for the effective coverage of assigned territory;
  • Managing a sales opportunity system to forecast sales;
  • Preparing and tracking the effectiveness of account plans;
  • Organizing time efficiently to maximize market penetration, specifically into mid/small – sized law firms;
  • Generating sales growth by pursuing new prospects, following up on leads from a variety of sources;
  • Thoroughly analyzing call results;
  • Building relationships with, and knowledge of, existing customers in support of customer retention strategies;
  • Selling strategy includes team selling projects;
  • Providing client/prospect data for the Customer Relationship system;
  • Reporting weekly/monthly on all sales activity, market trends, competitor information, etc.;

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of BA or BSc in Sales/Marketing, or a Teaching Diploma in any field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales/marketing with a proven track record.
  • Experience with Microsoft Software
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable motor vehicle
  • Willingness to learn about technology

CML Sales Account Executive

Coldax Mart is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sales Account Executive who is interested in being part of the team that has a mission to “Enhance the Learning Experience” of our learners through our excellent products and services.

The Sales Account Executive will participate as a member of the sales team responsible for building our client base with schools at all levels in an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented with strong communication skills, pays keen attention to detail, willing to learn our products and services, confident and goal oriented. The Coldax Mart team takes its work seriously, and believes we are most productive in an open and collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts by visiting our existing clients/customers.
  • Establish new accounts by visiting new clients/customers
  • Train/demo our products and services to new clients/customers.
  • Increase product knowledge and inventory.
  • Contribute to the success of the team, by exceeding monthly quota/target
  • Maintain a client database, attend sales meeting, liaise with team members
  • Maintain monthly sales reports,
  • Complete the sales process including delivery.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, expos

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of BA or BSc. in Sales/Marketing, or a Teaching Diploma in any field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales/marketing with a proven track record.
  • Experience with Microsoft software.
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral.
  • Strong organizational skills; willingness to learn technology
  • Ability to train teachers on the use of our products or services.


  • Location: Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James, Trelawny, St. Ann, St. Elizabeth, Mandeville, St.Thomas, Portland – Candidate must own a reliable motor car
  • Reports to: Vice President, Accountant
  • Full Time or Part Time – Commission based
  • Some domestic, regional and international travel required
  • Valid passport and the ability to qualify for visas into USA
